Your daily workout for today

For time:

Run 800 meters (.5 of a mile)
100 Sit-ups
100 Back extensions
Run 800 meters

Start out running a half mile and then immediately do 100 sit-ups and 100 back extensions. Fianlly, finish off with a half mile run. Have fun!
