Your daily workout for today

For time:
800 meter run
100 Squats
30 Sit-ups
30 Burpees
30 push-ups
800 meter run

Start off running(jogging) 1/2 of a mile then immediately do 100 squats, 30 sit-ups, 30 burpees, and then 30 push-ups. Finish off by running(jogging) 1/2 of a mile. Have fun!
